If you believe content reachable through the ClipTik TikTok video downloader infringes your rights, we want to hear about it.
Important context first
ClipTik does not persist video files. Bytes pass through our server transiently while extraction is performed; nothing is written to disk and nothing is retained after the request completes. There is no "library" of TikTok videos on our infrastructure to delete from.
What to include in your notice
- Your full legal name and contact information (email + physical address if relevant).
- Identification of the copyrighted work being infringed.
- The URL or reference on this site you believe is involved.
- A good-faith statement that the disputed use is unauthorized.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorized to act on their behalf.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
What we'll do
We'll review your notice promptly and respond within a reasonable time. Where we have the technical ability to block access to material through ClipTik, we'll do so. We will not, however, alter or remove anything hosted on third-party platforms.
Counter-notices
If you believe a takedown was issued in error, you may send a counter-notice to the same email above with your contact info, identification of the material, and a statement that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed in error.
